The focus of my practice is to help men understand themselves, addictions and their emotions. I see sex addiction occurring when sex becomes a way of coping with life's disappointments, pain and confusion. Shame keeps relationships shallow and distant. Your brain has been hijacked making it hard to change, but there is hope and change is possible.
Anxiety, depression and trauma are often part of the addiction problem. I offer practical tools to address even the most complex problems. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other approaches (eclectic) to create a treatment that fits your needs and addresses your specific goals. Many men appreciate my compassionate and respectful approach. I've seen men come to live a life they've never dreamed of and a restored relationship with God.
I'll work with you to create sexual freedom, give you effective tools to use long after you stop seeing me, build trust and integrity back and pass on healthy sexuality to following generations.
