Pure Life Alliance's local ministry is to the Portland, Oregon region. This includes the cities of Portland, Wilsonville, Newberg, Beaverton, and Hillsboro.
In this region, Pure Life Alliance directly oversees 30 support groups made up of the following:
Hidden Hurt is for spouses of sexual addicts. There is a 13 week Welcome group to cover the basics every spouse needs to know. This is followed by ongoing groups that use a variety of books and curriculum.
There are generally two support group Facilitators per group. Facilitators go through extensive training and "internship" before being allowed to facilitate a group on their own. Facilitators are required to participate in four continuing education events per year.
This is the Men's Sexual Addiction recovery program. New participants are assinged a mentor who takes them through a 13 week course on the basics of seuxal addiction recovery. This occurs alongside a regular, ongoing group that uses a variety of books and curriculum on sexual addiction recovery.

Rather than ongoing groups, Parents 4 Purity puts on workshops for pre-teens and teens and their parents. These workshops asist parents in guiding children to lives of sexual purity, or back to lives of sexual purity.
Pure Life Alliance is currently partnering with AWARE, a ministry that specializes in parent/teen purity issues to put on workshops.
