Q: What percentage of Church people are facing purity issues?
A: Well I think it’s hard to determine what percentage of Church-attenders are struggling with this issue, so I try to use more national numbers because in the areas of divorce and marriage problems, Christ-followers are exactly lined up parallel to the world. I would say with a great amount of confidence that over 80% of men today in one way or another struggle with pornography. I think if we put a Playboy in this room right now, and it was a waiting area, and people came here, and they didn’t think anybody was looking, I think eight out of the ten men would go to the Playboy.

We Believe:
- The Bible to be the only inspired, infallible and authoritative Word of God (2 Tim 3:16-17, 1 Thess 2:13, 2 Pet 1:20-21).
- There is one true God eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit (Deut 6:4, Luke 3:22).
- In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, substitutional death on the cross, bodily resurrection, ascension to the Father, His ongoing ministry of Representative, Intercessor, Advocate, and His personal return in power and glory (Col 2:9, Matt 1:23, Luke 1:31-32, Acts 10:38, Heb 7:25-27, 1 Cor 15:3-8, 2 Cor 5:21, Matt 28:6, Luke 24:39, Acts 1:9-11, Heb 1:3).
- Man was created in the image and likeness of God but through Adam’s sin became alienated from God, acquired a sin nature, and came under the judicial sentence of death (Gen 1:25-27, Rom 3:22-23, 5:12-21, Eph 2:1-3, 12).
- Regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for the salvation of sinful man; a person must experience a spiritual rebirth. Only through the power of the Holy Spirit is the Christian able to live a godly life (Titus 2:11-12, 3:4-7, Rom 8:9,16, Eph 2:8-10, 4:24).
- There is a resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the saved to eternal life in heaven, the lost to hell (Mark 9:43-48, 1 Thess 4:15-17, Rom 3:23-24, Rev 20:11-15).
- Jesus Christ rose from the dead and is returning soon (Zech 14:4-11, Matt 24:30, Rev 1:7).
- The Great Commission of the church is to go into the entire world and preach the Gospel to every person, using every means of communication available (Matt 28:19-20, Acts 1:7-8).
- In the spiritual unity of believers through the working of the Holy Spirit and the Lord Jesus Christ, a spiritual organism made up of all born again persons in this age irrespective of their affiliation with Christian organizations (Eph 4:11-13, Ps 133:1, Phil 2:1-3, 1 Cor 12:12-14).
